Ok, we have a short one this week. Partly because the story is mostly “last week’s wobble un-wobbled,” and partly because I’m heads-down finalizing the Homeworlds pre-release guide, which drops tomorrow hopefully in time for events this weekend. That one’s getting the bulk of my time this week, so the meta report’s getting the lean version.
And the quick note before diving in: field share, APR, and Bounty Rating track on the post-ban baseline that started in Week 6. The full explanation’s on the FAQ page.

The Trend Resumed
Sure, Week 8’s T8 HHI uptick looked like it might mean something. It turned out to be the blip, not a new direction. It’s back down this week, 5.51 to 5.23, continuing the decline that ran the first two post-ban weeks. Krennic’s badges reverted too, both his field share and Top 8 share back to Balanced after briefly reading Notable last week. How are other folks feeling about the health of the meta? Do we have the bands adjusted appropriately here now?
The Gap Tightened Again, With a Real Wrinkle
The #1-to-#2 gap on Bounty Rating shrank hard down from 15.5 points last week to 8.3 now. But I’ve got some bad news about the two decks at the top of that list – #1 and #2 are both Krennic builds this week, mainline Blue 30 at 87.2 and his own Blue Splash at 78.9. Thankfully, Ahsoka (77.0) and Lando (76.3) are right on Blue Splash’s heels and are within a couple points. Overall, that indicates the real competitive tier are these three leaders in general, and it does seem that folks are increasingly moving toward the Splash build for Krennic as indicated by this tightening.
As it turns out, Krennic Blue Splash also holds the single best S2-APR in the pool again for the second week running. Whatever’s making that build close out Top 8s better than the deck it shares a leader with, it isn’t a one-week fluke anymore.
One to Watch
Chewbacca / Alliance Outpost, the particularly surprising story out of Turin, roughly doubled its field count this week, 10 up to 22. Still well short of the 50-entry sample floor, so still not a real signal. That’s worth checking again once it clears the bar.
There you have it. Just a short chat this week and the end of the ASH season. There’s more to come with the pre-release guide tomorrow as we move on to Homeworlds.
